Cp has been visiting the US for a couple of weeks now and has just recently had a fascinating interview with the people from Grape Radio whose philosophy is to create an environment where people who love wine can share their experiences, knowledge and passion on all aspects related to the noble grape. CP’s interview with them covered a wide range of wine topics including: doing what you love, taste and palate memory being CP’s gift, how to construct tasting notes, making wine you love and flaws versus tastes.
